Original Vintage 1950s black velvet and taffeta bubble cocktail dress.

The dress ha a sweeping boat neckline with wide straps and a fitted bodice. The dress is princess cut with a smooth flared skirt finished at the hem with a deep taffeta puff ball ruffle. 
Trimmed with velvet bows at the hem and the back.
